Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using TargetologAI. By registering you agree to them.
Last updated: 15.08.2026
1. What the service does
TargetologAI is a web service that automates Facebook and Instagram advertising. You grant access to your own Meta ad account, and the service creates campaigns in your name, selects the audience, starts and stops ads, allocates the budget and collects the enquiries from your lead forms.
The service does not guarantee advertising results. Performance depends on your product, your price, the state of the market and Meta's own algorithms, none of which are within our control.
To use the service you must have a working Facebook Page and a Meta ad account. Both are subject to Meta's own rules.
2. Creating an account, and responsibility for it
To create an account you must be over 18 and provide accurate information. If you register on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for the security of your password and your account. Any action taken through your account counts as taken by you. If you notice unauthorised access, tell us immediately.
If you invite staff, you are responsible for their actions too. You can revoke their access at any time.
3. Subscription, payment and cancellation
The service works on a monthly subscription. Plan prices are shown on the site in Uzbek so'm, VAT included.
- Payment is made in advance, before the subscription period begins.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it before the end date.
- Cancelling takes one button in your dashboard. The subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Money paid for a subscription period that has already started is not refunded, except where the service was unavailable for a long time through our fault.
- If a price changes, existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the following subscription period.
If payment does not arrive on time, the service is suspended temporarily. Your ads stay on Meta's side as they are — you can manage them yourself through Meta Ads Manager.
4. Ad budget
You pay your ad budget directly to Meta, through your own ad account. We do not receive that money, do not hold it and are not an intermediary in its transfer.
Responsibility for the ad budget spent is entirely yours. You set the daily spending limit, and the service will not make a change that exceeds it without your approval. Changing the limit, pausing an ad or deleting it is in your hands at any time.
Payment problems on Meta's side, account blocks and rejected ads belong to the relationship between you and Meta, and we cannot influence them.
5. Your obligations
In using the service, you take on the following:
- To follow Meta's advertising policies and community standards. If they are broken, Meta may restrict your ad account.
- To advertise only lawful products and services, and to hold the licences and permits those require.
- To use lead data only within the customer's consent and in line with the law. Selling that data to third parties is prohibited.
- To hold the rights to the ad copy and images you use.
- To keep your payment and contact details up to date.
6. Prohibited use
Using the service for any of the following is prohibited:
- advertising goods or services that the law prohibits
- deception, pyramid schemes or false promises of winnings
- connecting to someone else's ad account without their consent
- automated attacks on the system, probing for vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorised access
- reverse engineering in order to resell the service or build a copy of it
- circumventing limits by means that Meta prohibits
If these rules are broken we reserve the right to terminate the account without warning.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design, text and algorithms of the service belong to us. A subscription gives you the right to use the service, not ownership of it.
The text, images and other material you upload stay yours. You grant us the right to process them only as far as delivering the service requires — that is, to use them in your own advertising.
Lead data is yours. We claim no rights over it.
8. Terminating the service
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate the service in the following cases:
- a serious breach of these terms
- payment more than 30 days overdue
- the service being used for unlawful activity
- Meta withdrawing the permissions granted to our app
When the service is terminated you have at least 30 days to export your data. After that it is deleted according to the periods set out in the privacy policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors, though we make reasonable efforts towards both.
We are not liable for:
- the ad budget spent on Meta and the results it produced
- lost profit or indirect damage
- outages on the Meta platform, changes to its policies or the blocking of an account
- damage arising from your own mistakes or those of your staff
- outages in third-party services (payment system, Telegram, hosting)
In any event our liability does not exceed the subscription fees you paid over the previous three months.
10. Resolving disputes, and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
We try to settle disputes by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute goes to the appropriate court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
When the terms change, the date on this page is updated. We give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continuing to use the service after a change counts as acceptance.
