Data deletion
You can request deletion of the data TargetologAI holds about you here. Requests are completed within 30 days.
There are two ways
Through Facebook. In your Facebook settings open “Apps and Websites” and remove the TargetologAI app. Facebook notifies us automatically and the deletion request is created for you.
Through the form on this page. Enter your email address — the request is registered at once and you are given a confirmation code.
What gets deleted
- your account details: name, email, phone number, password hash
- every setting and access token tied to your ad account
- collected lead data: names, phone numbers, emails and form answers
- statistics and campaign history obtained from Meta
- Telegram notification settings
What stays
Some records required by law are kept. They are not used to identify you, nor for any other purpose:
- payment and accounting documents — for the period tax law requires
- the deletion request itself and the record that it was carried out — so we can prove we acted on it
- aggregate statistics with all personal data stripped out
We cannot delete data that Meta holds on its own servers. Use your Facebook settings for that.
How the confirmation code works
Every request is given a unique code. It lets you see what stage your request has reached at any time, with no login and no password. Save the page with the code: completion can take up to 30 days.
